This policy does not cover damages caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.


2. Service Guarantee

Xorendi provides a 90-day warranty on all repairs performed. This warranty ensures that:

  • Any defects or issues arising from the repair work will be addressed free of charge.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days from the date of service.

  • Free diagnostics are included with approved warranty claims.


3. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Not Completed: If the repair could not be completed due to technical limitations or unavailable parts.

  2. Customer Dissatisfaction: If the repair does not meet the agreed-upon service specifications.

  3. Duplicate Charges: Any errors in billing or duplicate payments.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Parts or services purchased outside Xorendi

  • Service appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a nominal cancellation fee may apply.
